Grown sustainably on our estate in the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara County, these two wines show all the gorgeous varietal character that we’ve come to expect in our 20 years of producing Syrah and Viognier. Featuring a unique diurnal climate, our site allows for the perfect ripening of Rhône varietals, with enough warmth during the day to fully mature the grapes and enough coolness at night to keep them structured and balanced.

“Made from 100% Syrah that will spend 26 months in 25% new French oak, the 2015 Syrah was tasted out of barrel for this report. Its deep purple, inky color is followed by terrific notes of black and blue fruits, cracked pepper and violets.
